Energy Event regularly works with businesses whose events span Indonesia and Singapore, such as a series of events held in both cities. Planning is handled through a single point of contact so the concept, visual materials, and production standards stay consistent at every location.
How we Work
What is Energy Event's process from start to finish?
Energy Event works in four stages. The first is understanding your objectives, your audience, and the specific requirements of the event. The second is building the concept, the technical design, and the budget. The third is production preparation, including venue coordination, vendors, and technical rehearsals. The fourth is delivery on the day, with technical supervision from setup through to the close of the event.
How much lead time is needed?
Energy Event recommends lead time proportional to the scale of the event. A small internal event can usually be prepared within weeks, while a large conference or an exhibition appearance should be planned considerably earlier because of venue bookings, material production, and permits. The earlier the first briefing happens, the more venue and vendor options are still open.
What should we prepare before the first briefing?
Energy Event can move faster if you bring four things to the first briefing: the objective of the event, an estimated headcount, a date range, and a budget range. Everything else, such as brand guidelines, the agenda, or a speaker list, can follow. Those four are enough to produce a realistic first proposal.
Can Energy Event take on an event at short notice?
Energy Event can take on events with short lead times as long as the technical requirements and venue availability allow it. The deciding factor is usually not preparation time itself but whether the venue, production equipment, and technical crew are still available on that date. It is worth contacting us early so availability can be checked before the date is locked in.

What does event production and audiovisual cover?
Energy Event handles stage and backdrop design, sound and lighting systems, LED visual displays, and on-site technical crew throughout the event. These are delivered as one integrated scope so that sound, lighting, and visuals support each other rather than working in isolation.
When should we use an LED screen instead of a projector?
Energy Event generally recommends an LED screen for brightly lit rooms, outdoor events, or whenever the display has to stay legible from a distance, because its brightness does not depend on how dark the room is. A projector remains a sensible choice for enclosed rooms with controlled lighting and simpler display needs. The next consideration is how close the nearest audience will sit, since that determines the pixel density required.
Does Energy Event provide on-site technical crew?
Energy Event includes on-site technical crew for every event involving audiovisual production, including operators and sound engineers who run the equipment throughout. The team oversees rehearsals before the event begins and stays on standby until it closes, so technical issues are dealt with as they happen.
What does the exhibition booth service include?
Energy Event handles exhibition booth design and build, from the design concept and three-dimensional visualisation through to production, installation, and dismantling at the venue. We also align the design with the organiser’s regulations, which typically govern height limits, power points, and installation schedules.

Energy Event accepts proposal requests through the Contact page. Include the objective of the event, an estimated headcount, a date range, and the locations under consideration. With that, our team can put together an initial concept and budget estimate without several rounds of back and forth.
Can Energy Event work with our preferred venue or vendors?
Energy Event can work with venues and vendors you have already chosen. In that case our role is to keep every party on the same plan and schedule, including checking that the venue is technically ready for what your event requires.
